Booking How do I book a tour?
You can book directly through our website, email us at cambotourangkor@gmail.com, or call/WhatsApp us at +855 17-755-366. We'll confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation.
Booking What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, bank transfer, and cash upon arrival. A deposit may be required for multi-day tours.
Booking Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can cancel up to 7 days before the tour for a full refund. Modifications are free if made at least 48 hours in advance. Please see our cancellation policy for details.
Visa Do I need a visa for Cambodia?
Most nationalities require a visa. You can apply online for an eβvisa (www.evisa.gov.kh) or get a visa on arrival at the airport. The cost is usually $30β$40, valid for 30 days.
Visa How long can I stay?
Tourist visas are typically valid for 30 days. You can extend once for an additional 30 days at the immigration department in Phnom Penh.
Tours Are your tours private or group?
We offer both private and small group tours. Private tours are customized to your interests, while group tours (max 12 people) are a great way to meet fellow travelers.
Tours What languages are the tours in?
Our guides speak English and Korean. If you need another language, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to arrange it.
Tours Are entrance fees included?
Yes, all entrance fees (including the Angkor Pass) are included in our tour prices. We'll take care of purchasing your pass so you don't have to queue.
Transport What kind of vehicles do you use?
We use modern, airβconditioned vehicles: sedans for small groups, SUVs for families, and minivans for groups up to 10. All are wellβmaintained and driven by professional drivers.
Transport Do you offer airport transfers?
Absolutely. We provide private airport transfers in Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, and Sihanoukville. Just send us your flight details and we'll be there to greet you.
Health Is Cambodia safe for tourists?
Yes, Cambodia is generally very safe. However, like any destination, take normal precautions: keep valuables secure, avoid walking alone late at night in unfamiliar areas, and use reputable transport.
Health Do I need vaccinations?
No mandatory vaccinations, but we recommend hepatitis A, typhoid, and tetanus. Consult your doctor 4β6 weeks before travel. Malaria is rare in cities, but bring insect repellent.
Health What about drinking water?
Tap water is not safe. Drink bottled or filtered water β we provide complimentary bottled water on all tours.
